Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets including the UAE, UK, and US
- Generate and qualify leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and referrals
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business goals and digital requirements
- Present suitable web development and digital marketing solutions based on client needs
- Prepare proposals and pricing structures for web and marketing projects
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines with clients
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling services
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in digital agency sales, IT services sales, or digital marketing sales
- Proven track record of closing service-based deals
- Strong understanding of web development services, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, or branding services
- Experience dealing with international clients (UAE, US, UK) preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to confidently conduct sales calls, client meetings, and solution presentations
- Self-motivated with strong target-driven mindset
