Logix Contact is seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Executive to lead and execute social media strategies, manage brand presence, and drive meaningful audience engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, strong content sense, and the ability to manage social media operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
• Plan, manage, and oversee monthly content calendars and campaigns
• Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual direction across platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, reach, and growth
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators for timely execution
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep content relevant
• Oversee posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and platform best practices
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for management

Required Skills & Qualification:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing or brand management
• Strong understanding of social media analytics, insights, and reporting
• Excellent communication, content planning, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently
• Experience with paid social campaigns is a plus
• Strong sense of trends, storytelling, and audience behavior
