We aim at keeping our pricing structure professional and transparent at Logix Contact. And this “Payment Policy” is designed to provide you with an overview of how our pricing works. By utilizing the digital marketing and other services from Logix Contact, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms as outlined below

Payment Terms

You acknowledge your acceptance of clearing invoices within the due date unless otherwise there’s another arrangement in writing.

For one-time projects, the payment will be paid upfront before Logix Contact commences working on it.

For all projects with monthly retainer payment structure, the invoice will be generated on a month-to-month basis (usually 1st of every month).

Payment Options

For ensuring payment ease for our esteem clients, Logix Contact offers various options including:

  • Cheque (For UAE clients only)
  • Bank Transfer (For International & Local Clients)
  • PayPal

Please note that you’ll cover any additional charges during bank transfers.

Late Payments

At Logix Contact, we consider payments not received within their due timeline as “overdue”. And you’ll be charged a late fee in case of any overdue payment.

Let us further elaborate our definition of overdue payment scenarios and fines:

  • You’ll be charged 5% late fee of your total invoice after the due date has passed and your invoice is still unpaid.
  • We retain the right to temporarily suspend our services if the payment is not cleared for more than 15 days from invoice issuance.
  • Logix Contact can discontinue service support permanently if payment is not cleared on due date of invoice issuance.

Monthly Retainers

For our clients with monthly retainer payment structure:

  • You will be charged a monthly service payment starting from the agreement date.
  • We’ll send an invoice clearance reminder 7 days prior to your due date.
  • You can opt for auto invoice clearance option for uninterrupted service support.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We, at Logix Contact, aim at maintaining a positive working relationship with our clients. And we, therefore, have a flexible cancellation/refund policy in place for events where you part ways with us.

For Project-Base Services:

We’ve a non-refundable policy for project-based services once the work is started. In case of refund request prior we begin work, we’ll refund full amount paid.

For Monthly Retainers:

You’ll have to inform us 30 days prior to cancelling our services and claim a refund. No refund will be made for any additional charges for services already delivered within the notice period.

Refund Criteria:

We review each case thoroughly before initiating the refund process. The timeline for a refund is 14 business days from the date of refund claim.

VAT & Other Fees

  • For local clients, we charge 5% VAT on all service invoices as per the UAE VAT law.
  • As international clients, you’ll take care of any additional charges such as currency exchange or international bank transfer fees.

Dispute Management

We’ve a sound dispute management in place for events where you face any discrepancies in our service quality.

  • Your dispute claim will be reviewed by our representatives thoroughly and a resolution will be made within 5 working days.

In case you still want to discontinue your agreement, you may claim a payment refund.

We retain the right to make amendments or fully update our payment policy in future depending on economic circumstances.

All the changes we make to our “Payment Policy” will be updated on this page.

For your ease, we’ve added “Last Updated” date at the top of the page.
